3. If an individual requests notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, or suspension of provision to third parties with respect to personal information managed by the Company, the Company will respond promptly within a reasonable scope.
4. The Company will continually improve its management systems and procedures for the protection of personal information.
5. The General Affairs Department at the Company’s Head Office is responsible for inquiries concerning the handling of personal information.
